What is Studio Maestrale?
Owning a master’s degree in civil engineering (Hons), Giampaolo DINI, did his studies in Italy (University of Bologna) and USA (University of California San Diego). After 3 years working as structural engineer for private consultants in Italy and in Luxembourg, he joined Luxconsult S.A. in 2007.
After many years of work on the most beautiful projects that shaped our beautiful Luxembourg, he decided to establish his own construction consultancy company.
Being finally captain of his boat, he will sail for new challenging conquers, driven by the most powerful wind of the Mediterranean sea, the Mistral, making his clients benefit from his confirmed experience and skills.
Giampaolo has today more than 18 years of professional experience in Luxembourg for overall project management, technical and environmental due diligences, contract management, permits and liaising with Luxemburgish authorities related to large scale construction projects with public and private funding.
Giampaolo has acted as Project Director for several transport and infrastructures projects in Africa and Indian Ocean region, mainly financed by EIB and European Union. Since 2018 he is in the board of Directors of Luxconsult Mauritius Ltd engineering office.
Giampaolo is sworn expert (“expert assermenté”) in the building section since 2021.
Giampaolo speaks French, English, German, Italian (mother tongue) and Luxembourgish.
In 2022 he founded Studio Maestrale.

Senior Project Manager
With a career spanning over 16 years in the construction industry, Christelle has acquired unrivalled expertise in managing projects of all sizes and complexities. She has worked on emblematic projects such as the renovation of the Halle Freyssinet in Paris, as well as the construction of the third tower of the Court of Justice in Kirchberg, the tallest building in Luxembourg. Her contribution to this major project was crucial to its success.
Junior Project Manager - Architecte
With over 3 years' experience in the design and implementation of architectural projects, Chaimae brings creative and technical expertise to our team. As an architect, Chaimae is well-versed in feasibility studies and current urban planning and architectural regulations. His approach enables him to propose innovative ideas, adding both an aesthetic and functional touch.
