Mission - Preparation of a comparative techno-economic study of conservation and enhancement scenarios for the industrial heritage of the Blast Furnace Plateau.
The assignment included the co-development of a multi-criteria decision-support matrix integrating, in particular, governance, functionality, environmental, economic and diversity-of-use criteria, as well as the preparation of budget cost estimates for all scenarios under consideration.

Project description - Tudor building in Esch-sur-Alzette
Mission - Preparation of a feasibility study addressing the administrative and technical constraints related to the renovation of the building with a view to its future leasing, taking into account anticipated functional requirements.
The scope of services included an economic impact analysis, as well as several specific audits, in particular:
- a fire safety audit covering access and deployment of emergency services, fire compartmentation and fire-rated sections, evacuation principles, emergency lighting, fire detection systems and smoke extraction of stairwells;
- an audit related to universal accessibility for premises open to the public
